The program accepts youth from 14 to 21 years of age and have completed the eighth grade, as well as maintain at least a C- average, be of good moral character, and have no serious arrests or convictions. The program accepts members from all six school districts in Mercer County/OH. The Explorers are involved in numerous activities including parking cars, assisting with parades, the Mercer Co.
